That's great! You've definitely chosen the right trainer for you. No one ever started off knowing everything and you're not expected to either. I really enjoy helping clients that have limited experience in training or have never trained before. I'm patient, understanding and excited to share my fitness knowledge. I make no assumptions at what people do or don't know. I always take the time to demonstrate, explain, correct technique and provide feedback throughout a session. I also am more than happy to answer any questions along the journey too.

Sessions are conducted using a variety of training techniques and tools. From circuit training with equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, and agility ladders to body weight exercises and cardiovascular activities. Sessions will always give your full body a workout.
